Inventory & Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Planning Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at the Jeddah factory. You will support inventory planning, replenishment and scheduling activities, using large data sets and advanced Excel tools to help ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support inventory planning and replenishment based on demand data and forecasts.
• Analyze stock levels, trends and performance using large datasets and advanced Excel.
• Monitor inventory health, including availability, shelf life, excess or slow‑moving items.
• Assist in managing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and commercial teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Track delivery performance and flag risks, delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights for business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning or data analysis.
• Strong interest in working with data and large Excel datasets.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within supply chain planning.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions).
• Familiarity with Power BI (a plus).
