Investment Director – Real Estate

About the role

We are a leading real estate development firm seeking an experienced Investment Director to shape and execute our investment strategy. This senior position combines strategic vision, financial expertise, and real‑estate market knowledge to drive high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end evaluation of real‑estate investment opportunities, from screening to deal execution and portfolio integration.
• Develop and oversee feasibility studies, financial models, and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring assets meet financial targets and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations, performance reports, and strategic insights to executives.
• Negotiate with investors, partners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and legal frameworks governing real‑estate investment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the investment team, fostering analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive, hands‑on experience in real‑estate investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment or a related field; CFA, CMA or similar certification strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of evaluating and executing large‑scale investment opportunities and delivering comprehensive financial analyses.
• Demonstrated success in growing and managing real‑estate investment portfolios with consistent outperformance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in real‑estate development.
