Investment Director – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a diversified, Dubai‑based investment firm. This remote, high‑autonomy position combines deep market knowledge with rigorous operational execution to support senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies, evaluating performance, risk metrics and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Monitor macroeconomic data, central‑bank policy and geopolitical developments, translating insights into scenario analyses and portfolio positioning.
• Maintain regular communication with investment managers to assess strategy evolution and organizational stability.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience in investment management, research, portfolio management or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and complex instruments.
• Exceptional research, written communication and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.
