Investor Programme Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Investor Programme Manager to design and deliver the Investor Programme for Cityscape West, linking Family Offices, UHNWIs and private investors with real‑estate, hospitality and development opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and recruit Family Offices, UHNWIs, private investment firms and real‑estate investors from KSA, GCC and international markets.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers such as Principals, CIOs, CEOs and Investment Directors.
• Assess investors on capital size, track record, ticket size, authority and appetite for Saudi opportunities.
• Facilitate matchmaking between investors and developers, project owners, hospitality groups, government stakeholders and potential JV partners.
• Organise private roundtables, dinners, site visits, 1:1 meetings, project presentations and VIP networking experiences.
• Maintain an accurate investor pipeline, tracking recruitment, meetings, introductions and potential outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, real‑estate, private wealth, Family Offices, business development or investment events.
• Demonstrated ability to engage Family Offices, UHNWIs and senior financial decision‑makers.
• Strong relationship‑building, networking and senior‑level communication skills.
• Commercial understanding of investment mandates, ticket sizes and investor requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
• Existing network or experience within Saudi Arabia/GCC Family Offices, private wealth or real‑estate investment is a plus.
