IT Coordinator – Saudi National

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for a proactive, service‑oriented IT Coordinator (Saudi National) to join its Information Technology team. You will ensure the resort’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly, supporting daily operations and delivering a reliable, secure user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones and other IT equipment.
• Support hotel operating systems, property management systems, communication platforms and business applications.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, manage user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assist with data backup, recovery and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licences and technical documentation.
• Support meeting‑room technology, audiovisual equipment and conferencing systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards and security procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience in IT support, help‑desk or system administration.
• Experience in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
