IT Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven IT Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights for multiple business functions. Reporting to the BI & Analytics Director, you will help build a data‑centric culture by delivering high‑quality dashboards, reports, and self‑service analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, patterns and business opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for finance, procurement, supply chain, sales and other areas.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, defining KPIs and visualisations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, integrity and governance.
• Perform data validation, quality checks and troubleshooting to guarantee reliable outputs.
• Leverage AI‑powered features in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate insight generation.
• Support business users in adopting self‑service BI and standardised data models.
• Document analytical methodologies, reporting logic and business definitions.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or analytics.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, SQL and BI reporting.
• Strong ability to design dashboards and visualisations that meet business needs.
• Proven track record of working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
