IT Engineer – Systems Administration

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on managing and optimizing the company’s Windows‑based server environment, ensuring high availability, security and performance for a global multilingual platform.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies and user accounts.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and related services.
• Plan and implement infrastructure capacity, disaster‑recovery procedures and server hardening.
• Perform routine updates, patching, software deployments and hardware replacements.
• Monitor system health, file/share permissions and resolve operational issues.
• Deploy and manage security solutions, including anti‑virus and data protection.
• Support e‑Discovery applications such as Relativity and Cloudnine Law.
• Collaborate with help‑desk staff to provide day‑to‑day technical support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of systems administration experience in multi‑platform (Windows/Linux) environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving ability for hardware and software incidents.
• Experience designing, testing and maintaining disaster‑recovery and clustering solutions.
