About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support professional to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals across our organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting network connectivity. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of IT services and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver first and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware component issues.
  • Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and iOS mobile devices.
  • Deploy and support software applications such as Microsoft Office and production tools.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights, including Office 365 administration.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, wireless and wired).
  • Utilize remote desktop support tools for remote assistance.
  • Document technical procedures, track IT assets and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Assist in IT projects initiated by headquarters and contribute to technology roll‑outs.

Required profile

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSE or Cisco CCNA.
  • Experience with Windows OS, iOS devices, and Microsoft Office/Office 365.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with non‑technical users.
