IT Manager - FinTech Trading Platform (KSA)

About the role

A growing FinTech investment firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is becoming a Capital Market Authority (CMA)-licensed entity and operates a retail equity trading platform, is looking for an IT Manager. The role reports to the CTO and CEO and acts as the hands-on technical lead for the trading platform and office infrastructure, coordinating with third-party vendors and ensuring compliance with CMA technology guidelines and data security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Align IT security policies, systems and disaster recovery procedures with CMA requirements and local KSA cybersecurity controls
• Oversee cloud-hosted environments, trading platform availability, system monitoring and core internal infrastructure to minimise downtime
• Act as main contact for external technology vendors, software contractors, cloud service providers and SMS/payment gateway partners
• Ensure cybersecurity hygiene, access controls, backups and data protection SOPs across endpoints and servers
• Manage office IT hardware, internal networks, user onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day technical support for employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3 to 5 years of general IT administration or management experience, ideally in Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with CMA regulations, SAMA cybersecurity guidelines or the NCA framework
• Strong problem-solving skills and good written and spoken Arabic and English
