About the role
Manage the IT infrastructure, technical teams, service delivery, major incidents, disaster recovery, security controls, budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and IT projects for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
- Handle major incidents, disaster recovery planning, and security controls.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing.
- Lead IT projects and ensure effective service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and technical teams.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
