IT Site Services Engineer – Onsite Support (Riyadh)

About the role

As an IT Site Services Engineer you will be the primary on‑site technical expert, providing hands‑on resolution for end‑user device issues and acting as a Warehouse Management System (WMS) super‑user on the operational floor.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to, log and resolve support requests and incidents within agreed service levels.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Use WMS super‑user expertise to troubleshoot and resolve WMS application and handheld terminal issues in the warehouse.
• Configure and deploy new hardware and software, ensuring devices are business‑ready.
• Maintain accurate records of on‑site IT assets to support inventory management.
• Engage with site staff and non‑technical users to understand and resolve issues, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT end‑user support, desktop support or technical service roles.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience supporting hardware, operating systems and essential software.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Warehouse Management Systems and handheld terminals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for logging and managing support requests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and problem‑solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow technical procedures.
