IT Support Assistant - Graphic Design Background

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a technically skilled IT Support Assistant who also has a strong graphic design background. The role combines first‑line IT support with the creation of visual assets for both digital and print media, supporting internal teams and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain system documentation, data backups, and operational procedures.
• Design and produce visual assets such as brochures, presentations, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements following branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Assist senior IT staff with software configuration, system maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support website and digital content updates when needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT support combined with a solid graphic design background.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle service requests efficiently.
