IT Support Engineer – Onsite (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 onsite technical assistance to our office users in Riyadh. You will ensure daily IT operations run smoothly, troubleshoot a wide range of issues, and collaborate with the regional IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, docking stations and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email and connectivity problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Assist users with password resets, account access and general IT requests.
• Monitor and maintain office LAN and Wi‑Fi, perform basic network troubleshooting and coordinate with ISP and telecom vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, handle onboarding/offboarding, configure new devices and manage hardware repairs.
• Log, track and update incidents in the ticketing system, provide status updates and escalate major issues.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk roles.
• Experience in a corporate environment and working with remote IT teams is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Professional communication skills and a strong customer‑service mindset.
