IT Support Specialist – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a Saudi‑national IT Support Specialist to provide reliable IT services for a major roads and highways construction project in Riyadh. The role supports both office and field staff, ensuring that all hardware, software and network resources function smoothly to keep the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, permissions and onboarding/off‑boarding of project personnel.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity; coordinate with corporate IT and third‑party vendors.
• Support project‑specific applications, document management and collaboration platforms, including meeting rooms and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Apply security patches, antivirus updates and endpoint protection, and assist with security incident monitoring.
• Keep accurate IT asset registers, track licenses and oversee procurement, repair and disposal of equipment.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience in IT support within a corporate or project environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work on‑site in Riyadh.
• Familiarity with WSP or similar engineering/construction project standards is a plus.
