IT Technician – First Level Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join the IT Service Delivery Division at Tuwaiq Casting & Forging. The role focuses on delivering first‑level technical support to employees and end‑users, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support for employees and end‑users across the organization.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support network connectivity, internet, and Wi‑Fi related issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Monitor and respond to IT service desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system and data backup checks.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to support users effectively.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Antivirus management.
