Italian Chef de Cuisine

About the role

Fairmont Ramla, a luxury property of the AccorHotel group in Riyadh, is seeking an Italian Chef de Cuisine to lead its signature Italian restaurant. The role combines culinary creativity with high‑end service standards to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations for the Italian restaurant, ensuring food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop authentic Italian menus, seasonal specialties and innovative dishes while adhering to Fairmont’s luxury standards.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily kitchen activities for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Control food and labor costs, manage inventory, purchasing and waste to meet financial targets.
• Coach, mentor and inspire the culinary brigade, fostering teamwork and continuous development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in authentic Italian cuisine, including handmade pasta, risotto, wood‑fired pizza and classic desserts.
• Minimum 2–5 years in a luxury hospitality brand with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
