IVR Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IVR Developer to design, build, and maintain automated telephony solutions. You will create voice‑driven applications, optimise call flows, and integrate them with backend systems for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and VXML applications.
• Integrate IVR platforms with CRM databases, web services and APIs.
• Configure and support platforms such as Avaya Aura, Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco, and Twilio.
• Ensure reliable telephony operations using SIP and VoIP protocols.
• Work with SQL, Oracle or similar databases to support data‑driven interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience developing IVR systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP and telephony protocols.
• Proven ability to integrate IVR solutions with backend services and databases.
