Junior 3PL Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior 3PL Account Manager to support our logistics network by managing third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, monitoring rider performance, and ensuring seamless integration of 3PL operations. This entry‑level position will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor 3PL compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain a structured feedback loop with 3PL partners to evaluate satisfaction and operational challenges.
• Resolve 3PL issues within agreed SLA timelines and manage CRC escalations.
• Own communication channels to collect data that supports logistics workstreams.
• Facilitate onboarding of new 3PL partners and ensure onboarding requirements are met.
• Track and analyze rider performance through reporting dashboards.
• Ensure riders comply with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate 3PL operations into the logistics network.
• Create and maintain documentation for onboarding processes, operational guidelines, and performance standards.
• Conduct market research to benchmark against industry standards.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
