Junior Accountant – Odoo ERP (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

MAFCO is looking for a bright and motivated Saudi Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Jeddah. The role focuses on leveraging modern accounting tools, especially Odoo ERP and advanced Excel, to support daily financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and data entry within Odoo ERP.
• Create detailed financial spreadsheets and analytical reports using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in VAT documentation and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Support month‑end closing activities and audit preparations.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Valid SOCPA registration (mandatory).
• Very good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset and high technical proficiency with accounting tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP Accounting and Finance modules.
