Junior Category Manager – Spreadable Category (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Arla is seeking a dynamic commercial marketer to lead the growth of its Spreadable category in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will shape and accelerate the performance of the Puck Cheese Spreadable portfolio and future innovations across key channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local category strategies for the Spreadable range, focusing on penetration and market‑share growth.
• Translate shopper, consumer and customer insights into actionable growth plans.
• Drive the annual category planning process in partnership with regional marketing, sales and finance.
• Lead innovation planning and in‑market execution for new product developments.
• Collaborate with Customer Growth and NRM teams to create commercial stories and toolkits that boost in‑store performance.
• Manage the category P&L, conduct scenario planning and ensure sound financial decisions.
• Coach and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to champion the category and embed best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in category development, marketing or commercial roles.
• Proven ability to lead category strategies and work collaboratively across functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
