Junior Clinical Support Specialist – Western Region

About the role

Join Stryker as a Junior Clinical Support Specialist supporting the Western region of Saudi Arabia. You will work directly in operating theatres and clinical settings, providing hands‑on assistance, training, and product evaluation to ensure optimal use of Stryker’s medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine clinical tasks independently, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify client needs proactively and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
• Audit and manage theatre inventory of implants, disposables, and instruments, including consignment stock, rotation, and utilization.
• Attend surgical cases, service existing and new customers, and conduct product trials and evaluations.
• Deliver in‑depth training to theatre staff and broader healthcare professionals on Stryker products.
• Understand and communicate the clinical applications of Stryker’s portfolio to offer optimal solutions.
• Organise and lead training workshops and events for a wide customer base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
• Initial experience as a clinical support/application specialist, nurse, or biomedical engineer.
• Hands‑on experience in a clinical or theatre environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Preferred experience with implants, orthopaedics, or disposables.
