Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Asteri is looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Junior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. You will work under the Head of Marketing and Digital, supporting the creation of visual assets that reflect the brand’s heritage and modern aesthetic across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets such as social media posts, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Assist senior designers in developing concepts and executing design tasks.
• Produce high‑quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Make revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain design files for easy access and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on basic design trends and continuously improve skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships, with a portfolio that showcases creative work.
• Strong attention to detail, good time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
