Junior Quality and Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quality and Training Specialist to join Blacklane’s KSA Operations team. You will support our network of professional chauffeurs by coordinating training programmes, conducting quality checks and using operational data to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver chauffeur training sessions in English and Arabic, tracking attendance and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare, update and maintain training materials covering core competency areas.
• Work directly with chauffeurs in the field to reinforce service standards and provide practical guidance.
• Assist with quality audits, spot checks and documentation of findings.
• Analyse performance trends and operational feedback to identify recurring quality gaps.
• Share improvement ideas with the team and help refine training content and processes.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and cross‑functional stakeholders on day‑to‑day quality and training matters.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, training coordination, quality assurance, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, structured way of working and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with data to spot trends and support decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and native‑level Arabic.
• Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when dealing with diverse groups.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take ownership.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
