Key Account Manager, Pharmacy Automation

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth for Pharmacy Automation solutions across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Working closely with government health institutions, the role focuses on building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the adoption of innovative pharmacy technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with Ministry of Health (MOH) decision‑makers and other government healthcare institutions.
• Lead engagement with key stakeholders to expand market presence and achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution‑design teams to create and pursue customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Manage complex multi‑account agreements and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Work cross‑functionally to deliver customer solutions and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of consistent performance.
• Previous experience in key account management or strategic account development preferred.
• Experience working within multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
