Key Account Manager, Pharmacy Automation (PA)

About the role

The Key Account Manager for Pharmacy Automation will drive revenue growth and profitability for PurposeBD’s pharmacy automation solutions across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with the Ministry of Health and other healthcare institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful adoption of automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for pharmacy automation products within assigned accounts and territories.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with Ministry of Health stakeholders and government healthcare institutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution‑design teams to create and pursue customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Manage complex multi‑account agreements and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Work cross‑functionally to deliver customer solutions and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of consistent performance.
• Experience in key account management or strategic account development preferred.
• Background in multinational or international organizations is advantageous.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and forecasting management.
