Key Account Sales Supervisor – FMCG

About the role

The Key Account Sales Supervisor will manage and develop strategic customer accounts at the head‑office level for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. You will act as the main commercial liaison, ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives across all customer branches.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection and growth targets for key accounts.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with head‑office buyers and negotiate agreements, promotions and listings.
• Monitor purchase orders, product availability, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Identify and develop opportunities to increase sales and product visibility.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure agreed promotions, pricing, visibility and product availability are implemented across branches.
• Track account performance, market trends, competitor activity and report insights.
• Follow up on payments, claims, deductions and outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews and action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in Modern Trade / Key Accounts, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Direct experience dealing with customers’ head offices and buying teams.
• Strong understanding of FMCG commercial agreements, promotions and listings.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with Sales Buzz or similar sales systems.
• Experience with C‑Store or comparable sales platforms.
