Key Account Specialist - Animal Health

About the role

The Key Account Specialist manages key accounts and ensures an efficient allocation of organizational resources, developing long-term partnerships that support sales growth and market share. It is a field-based position with daily contact with key accounts, based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop the strategic and tactical plan with sales management, marketing and technical teams, and implement the key account plan based on customer needs
• Use CRM data and other sources to keep customer information up to date
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, KOLs and stakeholders such as universities, breeding organizations and associations
• Organize round tables, workshops, presentations and regional symposia with the sales team, marketing and the technical manager
• Share key account information across business units via the CRM and collaborate with other departments and other KAMs
• Develop territory action and call plans per target customer group and individual customer
• Ensure all activities comply with the company's code of conduct

Required profile

• Bachelor's or university degree
• At least 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in key accounts within animal health in Saudi Arabia
• Good level of English, verbal and written
• Willingness to travel in the region and hold a valid driving licence
