Key Account Specialist – Client Relationship Management

About the role

The Key Account Specialist supports the management and growth of strategic client relationships by ensuring consistent service delivery in line with contractual obligations and company standards. Acting as the primary point of contact, the specialist coordinates day‑to‑day operational matters, resolves issues promptly, and drives client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned key clients.
• Serve as the main contact for daily operational requests and inquiries.
• Ensure service delivery complies with contracts, SLAs, and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Monitor workforce deployment, attendance, and service performance for assigned accounts.
• Review and validate timesheets for accuracy before payroll and invoicing.
• Coordinate billing and invoicing activities with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
• Track client requests and ensure timely execution and follow‑up until completion.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and account documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• Prepare periodic account reports, service performance updates, and client feedback summaries.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
