Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant is the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zones, fitness centre and the children’s activity centre. You will create a safe, fun and welcoming environment while supporting a wide range of guest activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation facilities and encourage guest participation.
• Register, schedule and coordinate guests for activities and private functions.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for rentals and retail sales.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capacity to lift ≤ 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination for equipment handling.
• Comfort working in narrow, elevated or slippery areas.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English.
