Kids Club & Youth Club Assistant Manager (Recreation)

About the role

The Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager supports the management and daily operation of the hotel’s Kids Club, Youth Club, and recreational activities, ensuring engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children, teenagers, and families. The role assists in leading the Recreation team, developing creative activity programs, maintaining the highest standards of safety and supervision, and delivering personalized experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the Kids Club, Youth Club, and assigned recreation facilities.
• Supervise, guide, and support team members during daily activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging educational, cultural, and entertainment programs for various age groups.
• Ensure activities are age‑appropriate, inclusive, safe, and delivered to established standards.
• Monitor child and teenager supervision, enforcing safeguarding and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of clubs, recreation areas, equipment, and toys, reporting hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, incident reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Security, and other departments to support seamless family experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Sports Management, Child Development, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Kids Club, Youth Club, Recreation, or family‑focused hospitality environments.
• Supervisory or team‑leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recreational programming and age‑appropriate activities.
• Understanding of child safeguarding, health, and safety requirements.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
