Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant campus in Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site position you will create a nurturing, student-centered environment where young learners develop early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that foster curiosity and active learning.
• Manage classroom behavior, ensure safety and maintain an inclusive atmosphere.
• Observe, assess and document student progress, providing regular feedback to families.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment and participate in staff meetings, training and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience teaching kindergarten or early primary grades, ideally in an international or bilingual setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood pedagogy.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, families and multicultural staff.
• Ability to organize lessons, manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities throughout the school day.
