Kitchen Helper

About the role

Basr International Contracting Company (BICC) is seeking a Kitchen Helper for a premium burger restaurant in Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced quick‑service environment, supporting both the prep line and the front counter during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, portion and marinate chicken according to recipe cards and portion standards.
• Prepare salads, vegetables and cold items to meet daily production requirements.
• Support the assembly line and keep stations stocked during service.
• Follow FIFO stock rotation and record temperatures as instructed.
• Maintain workstation, equipment and storage areas to strict hygiene standards.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Support front‑counter operations and customer service during peak hours.
• Comply with all food safety, personal hygiene and municipal health requirements.

Required profile

• Clean, fast and reliable.
• Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving kitchen environment.

Required skills
