KOL Manager

About the role

VIPKid, a global online education technology company, is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and seeks a KOL Manager to lead influencer and key opinion leader partnerships. The role focuses on building brand trust, increasing reach, and driving engagement through both online and offline learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relevant KOLs and influencers in the Saudi market.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and educational values.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers.
• Coordinate influencer activities with campaign timelines and internal teams.
• Monitor influencer performance, measure ROI, and report results.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key KOLs.
• Collaborate closely with Content and Social Media teams.
• Track influencer trends and best practices specific to Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing KOL or influencer campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Experience working with Saudi influencers is preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Saudi Arabia and collaborate across teams.
