Labor Relations Manager - MEP

About the role

The Labor Relations Manager will join the MEA Labor Relations team and support the organization across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Pakistan. You will provide expert advice on labor law, manage collective bargaining, and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the employee relations strategy to minimise grievances and collective disputes.
• Lead contract negotiations with unions, including budgeting for incentives.
• Investigate and resolve employee grievances, developing preventive strategies.
• Ensure all employment relationships comply with collective agreements, contracts, and local laws.
• Analyse bargaining trends, benchmark market practices and advise senior leadership.
• Represent management in negotiations, dispute resolution and regulatory inquiries.
• Support employment litigation processes and respond to labour authority audits.
• Update handbooks, policies and advise on hiring, overtime, OHS, terminations, mobility and work permits.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local labour laws in the covered jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workloads.
• Experience in collective bargaining, union negotiations and employment litigation support.
