Land Cost & Valuation Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an early‑career professional to join its Master Development Unit Financing team as a Specialist in Land Cost & Valuation. The role focuses on developing and enhancing land cost models for Qiddiya city, supporting financing decisions through detailed analytical work.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the land cost model for city‑wide and district‑level analysis.
• Collect, review, and validate data inputs from multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
• Allocate land costs across districts, plots, and development phases using defined methodologies.
• Prepare analytical outputs, presentations, and reporting materials to aid land development and financing decisions.
• Track assumptions, dependencies, and data gaps across workstreams.
• Assist with scenario testing and identify inconsistencies or improvement opportunities in datasets and processes.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including master development district teams and the broader financing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, real estate development, or infrastructure.
• Saudi national.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
