Laundry Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Laundry Supervisor to lead its laundry department. You will ensure that guest and hotel laundry services are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and in line with hotel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Laundry Manager in enforcing hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise and monitor laundry staff performance to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Handle guest and in‑house laundry, establishing procedures to guarantee spotless results.
• Coordinate with the linen room to maintain adequate clean linen and uniforms.
• Follow up with engineering on preventive maintenance and repair orders.
• Check daily production priorities and support the maker’s activities.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable about hotel services and facilities.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in laundry operations or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory laundry role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
