Lead Avionics Instructor – Aviation Technical Training

About the role
Riyadh Air is seeking a Lead Avionics Instructor to design and deliver high‑quality technical training for its avionics workforce. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring aircraft operations remain safe, compliant, and ready for the airline’s ambitious growth plans.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative classroom, practical, and on‑the‑job training programmes for avionics technicians.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and provide feedback to ensure technical competence and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate short‑term training schedules and support workshop implementation.
- Identify non‑compliance risks, support corrective actions, and maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
- Contribute to performance management, talent development, and policy guidance.
Required profile
- Minimum 9 years of experience as an aviation technical trainer or instructor.
- Degree‑qualified with deep expertise in avionics systems.
- Hold a GACA/EASA/ICAO Type II Avionics certification.
- Preferably type‑rated on Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 family aircraft.
