Lead Systems Engineer (MS Exchange, Azure, Intune)

About the role

Our client is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to manage and support the enterprise IT infrastructure and core business applications. This hands‑on individual contributor role focuses on daily operations, system administration, troubleshooting and recovery, ensuring a secure, stable and highly available environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and device management tools such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf Pro.
• Manage user lifecycle, identity, access and endpoint administration.
• Monitor backup processes, perform system and mailbox recovery as needed.
• Support enterprise applications including HRM, ERP, CRM and Office automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Execute approved system changes and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure engineering or IT operations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune and/or Jamf Pro.
• Proven experience in backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot enterprise business applications (HRM, ERP, CRM).
• Professional proficiency in English and a detail‑oriented, execution‑focused mindset.
