Learning and Development Manager

About the role

As the Learning & Development Manager you will shape and monitor the corporate L&D strategy for Plaza Premium Group’s operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the broader EMEA L&D framework. You will lead training initiatives, coach internal trainers, and guarantee high‑quality, timely performance support across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EMEA L&D Manager to identify training needs for airport lounges, outlets and other operational areas.
• Design, plan and execute a learning calendar covering managers, operational staff, trainees and interns.
• Coach the KSA L&D team and operational trainers to enhance their skill sets.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend solutions that reflect company values and business goals.
• Develop, deliver and supervise training programs, updating manuals as operational requirements evolve.
• Manage internal trainer team and coordinate with external training providers.
• Oversee learning program administration, maintain training records and support new operation set‑ups.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and business development initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development, including training design and facilitation.
• Certification or experience with psychometric tools such as MBTI, 360‑assessment or DISC is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in e‑learning design, career development and talent management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
