About the role
Tahaluf Al Emarat, the largest B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a proactive Learning & Development Manager. You will design and develop engaging learning collateral for large‑scale B2B exhibitions, working closely with subject‑matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Create and design high‑quality learning materials and collateral.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate expertise into effective training content.
- Develop and document processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
- Build and deliver a comprehensive train‑the‑trainer programme.
- Provide facilitation guidance and hands‑on support to experts for impactful training sessions.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in Learning & Development.
