About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat, the largest B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a proactive Learning & Development Manager. You will design and develop engaging learning collateral for large‑scale B2B exhibitions, working closely with subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

Create and design high‑quality learning materials and collateral.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate expertise into effective training content.
Develop and document processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
Build and deliver a comprehensive train‑the‑trainer programme.
Provide facilitation guidance and hands‑on support to experts for impactful training sessions.

Required profile

Saudi national.
Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in Learning & Development.
