Learning & Development Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Team Lead to design and drive T2’s L&D function. The role will create training programmes from the ground up, shape leadership development and foster a culture of continuous learning to support the company’s growth and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and launch training programmes covering technical, behavioural and functional topics.
• Design and deliver leadership development initiatives for executives and senior managers.
• Establish retention and succession planning frameworks.
• Create career pathways and individual development plans for high‑potential talent.
• Promote continuous learning through digital platforms and blended learning solutions.
• Measure training impact and ROI to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development with a track record of building programmes from scratch.
• Strong background in leadership development, succession planning and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles and modern learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Strategic thinker passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
