Learning Program Builder Internship

About the role

We are building Hunters Academy, a professional learning ecosystem for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders. As a Program Builder Intern you will work closely with the founding team to design and launch structured learning journeys, assessments and cohort experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and organize Academy programs and curriculum, building clear learning journeys across capability levels.
• Coordinate development and readiness of learning content, turning recruitment methodologies into structured experiences.
• Design assessment structures, competency mapping, scenario‑based questions and scoring methodology for the initial assessment.
• Manage cohort logistics including registration, onboarding, scheduling, communication, attendance and progress tracking.
• Track registration, attendance, engagement, assessment performance and learner feedback to generate insights for continuous improvement.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Logical thinker about learning journeys and curious about how people learn.
• Comfortable with data, digital tools and experimenting with AI.
• Willing to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition in a build‑from‑scratch environment.
