Leasing Associate

About the role

The Leasing Associate at Solana Living manages the full leasing cycle for residential compounds, from lead follow‑up and property tours to contract coordination and client onboarding. The role directly supports occupancy and revenue targets by delivering professional, timely service to prospective and existing tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Execute leasing plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals across Solana residential compounds.
• Manage leads through phone, WhatsApp and email, and maintain accurate status in the CRM.
• Conduct property tours, present units and facilities, and recommend suitable options to prospects.
• Prepare rental offers, guide applicants through documentation, and coordinate approvals with the Leasing Manager and Contracts team.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Finance, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth move‑ins and lease renewals.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales or business development within the real‑estate sector.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
