Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – Nursing

About the role

Al-Ghad College for Medical & Applied Sciences is hiring qualified academics for Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor positions in various nursing specialties. The role involves delivering high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate instruction, supervising clinical training, and contributing to research and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and develop nursing courses across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Prepare lecture materials, lesson plans, assessments, and academic resources.
• Supervise students during clinical placements, research projects, and capstone assignments.
• Participate in curriculum design, accreditation activities, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present findings.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional pathways.
• Engage in departmental meetings, institutional committees, and compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education standards.

Required profile

• PhD in Nursing (Pediatric, Critical Care, Community Health, Adult Health, or Mental Health).
• Valid professional nursing registration/licensure preferred.
• Minimum five years of teaching or professional nursing experience, preferably in a recognized university or college.
• International teaching experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
• Strong research, publication, and academic writing capabilities.
• Proficient communication in English.
• Ability to mentor students and work in a multicultural academic environment.
