Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will support the company across commercial, contractual, corporate and regulatory matters in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting negotiations, and liaising with government entities and external counsel. This role requires deep knowledge of Saudi law and strong bilingual drafting abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues.
• Manage legal correspondence and coordinate with relevant government authorities.
• Work closely with external legal counsel to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support real‑estate development, banking, investment or fund‑management projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations and legal procedures.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent legal drafting skills.
