Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support to Sunbulah Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international regulations. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as managing trademark registrations and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain all contracts relevant to the company’s business.
• Standardize company contracts and update current standards.
• Register and renew trademarks inside and outside KSA, handling related disputes.
• Monitor changes in laws, rules, and regulations affecting operations and advise on their impact.
• Provide legal counsel to senior management and key staff on all matters.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation measures, and oversee implementation of settlements and judgments.
• Manage litigation internally and with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Perform administrative duties, including filing and maintaining an electronic document system.

Required profile

• Law bachelor’s degree with a professional license; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG, reputable law firms, or multinational companies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a hard‑working attitude.
