Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will support the organization by providing expert legal counsel across corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. Working within the Legal Affairs department, the role ensures that contracts, policies, and business practices comply with applicable laws and protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and various departments on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory issues.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, recommending corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in managing legal claims, disputes, investigations, and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal field.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, corporate governance, contract law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
