Legal Advisor

About the role

The Legal Advisor will serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Company in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Country Manager and the Global Legal Function, the role ensures that all legal matters are handled in line with Saudi law and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management and business units on Saudi‑specific regulations and operational matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with local law.
• Represent the Company in Saudi courts, manage litigation, disputes and settlement processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact and advise on necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Global Legal Function in Switzerland for matters requiring group‑wide review.

Required profile

• Saudi Nationality (mandatory requirement).
• Professional legal qualification and experience in Saudi law.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Saudi legislation and regulatory framework.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation and commercial agreements.
• Litigation and dispute‑resolution expertise.
