About the role

The Legal Advisory Senior Professional will support Mobily by investigating complex legal cases, monitoring regulatory updates, and providing clear advice to internal stakeholders. This role combines detailed legal research with practical recommendations to protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex cases that require extensive data analysis and technical understanding, delivering verbal and written advice.
• Monitor legal journals and court circulars, alerting senior colleagues to new regulations or relevant information.
• Interpret legal issues, gather information using proper methods, and produce investigation reports with recommended actions.
• Maintain accurate records of cases referred to external counsel and provide management with status updates.
• Assist in drafting and updating general terms and conditions for Mobily’s contracts and agreements.
• Prepare timely monthly legal reports.
• Liaise with internal departments to offer legal advice and recommendations.
• Maintain documentation from all divisions to safeguard Mobily’s rights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior supervision.

Required profile

• University degree in Law or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in legal advisory or corporate law.
